1. Nature of service

FalsifyLab provides research and data products covering DeFi, crypto, and US equity markets. All content is published as research and educational material, NOT as investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and any losses.

2. No custody, no trading on your behalf

We do not custody your funds. We do not execute trades for you. We do not provide brokerage, fiduciary, or advisory services. Any link to third-party platforms (Hyperliquid, Substack, etc.) is informational and we are not party to your transactions there.

3. Accuracy disclaimer

We aggregate data from public sources (SEC EDGAR, DefiLlama, Hyperliquid public API, etc.). We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Use at your own risk. Verify everything independently.

4. Paid services

• Subscriptions are auto-renewing. Cancel anytime via the customer portal of the payment processor.
• Refunds: 14-day no-questions-asked on first subscription only. Audits (/killbot): full refund if we do not deliver a written report within 5 business days.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse API rate limits, scrape aggressively, or violate the Acceptable Use below.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't redistribute our paid content publicly without permission.
• Don't try to reverse-engineer our API auth or scrape past published rate limits.
• Don't claim FalsifyLab is your advisor or RIA. We aren't.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FalsifyLab's liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or third-party failures.

7. Jurisdiction

Disputes governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence. Informal resolution required before legal action.
